How It Works…

Ok, you have decided you want a fantastic, vibrant and enthralling video to be created for you, what’s the next step?

Step 1:

Contact us to discus your video requirements – Are you wanting  short or long videos, are they for the web, for internal use or off-line promotion. Determine what your primary use of the video will be for and then choose the right package that best suits your needs. We are always ready to give advice to help you choose.

Step 2:

Collect together all your existing digital images and group them into their respective product, service or business groupings.

Q: “What if I only have hard-copy printed photographic material?”.

For a small fee (typically £1 per item) we can scan them into digital files ready for processing.

Step 3:

  • Send us your pictures and information about your products, services or business.

  • We can download your images from your website or from Fickr, Photobucket, Picasa, Facebook or any other online image hosting service, so long as we can get access we can use them.

  • You can email them to us, but please make sure you have resized your images. This will minimise the size of your email and prevent them being blocked if the email attachment is over your ISP size limit.

  • You can also send us image on CD/DVD.We can also incorporate your old video. Depending on the video format, we can digitise and upload your video, again there would be a an extra fee to do so.

 

Step 4: Video Processing – How Long Dose It Take?

We Guarantee to process your images within 5 working days but try our best to do a next working day turnaround if your order and images reach us before 10am.  Your videos will be available as follows:

  • HTML Code that can be Embedded into your website (we host the video with no restrictions to bandwidth used).

  • Downloadable .MP4 video files, Low Resolution and High Resolution for Websites and DVDs.

  • We can also “burn” hard-copies on to CDs/DVDs that we can send to you for an additional £5 per Disk. If you need greater numbers of DVDs then we also offer a Duplication service (P.O.A).


Step 5:

Payment: Your order is made through our shopping cart. You can purchase ether PAYG (Pay As You Go) or get a Up To 52% discount by buying multiple Video Credits.

Payment will be through our Shopping Cart, we accept most credit and debit cards.
